Do you ship internationally? 

Yes!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

United States Orders typically take 3-10 Business Days! International Shipping usually takes 5-15 business days. (M-F) We do not work Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, New Years, Labor Day, Memorial Day. However, this is just an estimate. It may vary based on location. Please allow a month until you contact us regarding a missing order. We will send you a tracking number when your order is being shipped so that you can track it.  We are not responsible for orders stopped by customs. Our New Zamz pods, white pods, pink pods, red pods, mint blue pods and matte black pods are currently on backorder and will take around a month to arrive.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?  

Yes! Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, the industry-standard authentication and encryption technology, to ensure your transactions are protected. 



Return/Refund Policy:

All non-sale products have a 90-day money back guarantee. Sale products are non-refundable. Unfortunately, electronics can become damaged during shipping. We are happy to exchange for a working pair within 30 days of purchase. You can read about our 1 year and lifetime warranty below!

We are not responsible for orders that are placed with the wrong address. We will send the order to the address that is entered at checkout, so please double check. We are not responsible for the product after it is delivered (example: If product is stolen after delivery)

 

If your product is lost in transit. We will send you a new pair but all sales are final so we will not issue refunds. 

 

promo items are 100% not refundable or replaceable. 

How does your 1 year and lifetime warranty work?

If your headphones are broken just send us a video and we will have you send us back the pair and we will send you a new pair.  1 replacement pair per order.  Damage done by the consumer is not covered.
