We are not like other companies that want to take your money while selling you an inferior product. We provide a great product for an amazing price you will be sure to enjoy! We manually inspect every single order before sending it to you!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

United States orders typically take 3-10 Business Days! International Shipping usually takes 5-15 business days. (M-F) We do not work Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, New Years, Labor Day, Memorial Day. However, this is just an estimate. It may vary based on location. Please allow a month until you contact us regarding a missing order. We will send you a tracking number when your order is being shipped so that you can track it.  We are not responsible for orders stopped by customs. 

Customs and duties fees are not accounted for in our international shipping fees. Customers are responsible for ALL
customs and duties charges. Please check with your local authorities for potential charges.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?  

Yes! Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, the industry-standard authentication and encryption technology. You can also pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and list all the other ways besides credit card.

Return/Refund Policy?

Returns Sale items are not refundable. If your product is lost in transit. We will send you a new pair but all sales are final so we will not issue refunds. Under certain circumstances we issue a refund minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Refunds (if applicable)  You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)  If you still haven’t received a refund, be patient and then contact your credit card company. It may take a week or more before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at zamz.accessories@gmail.com.Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items are eligible for refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refund. Exchanges (if applicable)  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective or damaged, send us an email at zamz.accessories@gmail.com You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the shipping time for a return may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, ZAMZ recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ZAMZ is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.   Items that customers state are defective may be exchanged within 30 days of ordering. The customer may be responsible for shipping fees back to our facility.

How does your 1 year and lifetime warranty work?

If your headphones are broken send us a video, and we will have you return the headphones. We will send you a new pair. One replacement pair per order. Damage done by the consumer is not covered.
