Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

 

Sale items are not refundable. 
If your product is lost in transit. We will send you a new pair but all sales
are final so we will not issue refunds. Under certain circumstances we
issue a refund minus shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original
packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable) 
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original
cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your original form of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you still haven’t received a refund, be patient and then contact your
credit card company. It may take a week or more before your refund is
officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunded. Sale items are not
eligible for refund.
Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is
defective or damaged, send us an email at zamz.accessories@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the shipping time for a return may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, ZAMZ recommends using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ZAMZ is not
responsible for returned items lost in transit.
 
Items that customers state are defective may be exchanged within 30
days of ordering. The customer may be responsible for shipping fees
back to our facility.
